For many years, ENACON has been a member of the corporate auditing team, carrying out environmental and occupational health and safety (OHS) compliance audits at various sites in the Czech Republic and Slovakia operated by a global industrial conglomerate. In addition to assessing legal compliance, these audits also review adherence to corporate policies and internal standards. The audited facilities include manufacturing sites for aircraft engines, personal protective equipment, and measurement and control systems, as well as a research and development center.
Since 2010, ENACON has collaborated with a multinational consultancy firm to perform regular environmental and occupational health and safety audits at several facilities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia operated by one of the world's largest automotive parts manufacturers. These audits assess compliance with legal obligations as well as adherence to corporate EHS standards and policies.

As part of the planned closure of a foundry in Přerov, a contamination survey was conducted in 2023–2024 to evaluate the environmental condition of the site. The survey focused on soil and groundwater contamination. The investigation did not identify any significant contamination of the subsurface environment.
At an industrial site in the municipality of Vestec near Prague, ENACON conducted a contamination survey on behalf of the developer Panattoni. The survey was required in connection with the site’s acquisition and aimed to determine the baseline environmental condition. It included an assessment of soil, soil gas, groundwater, and building materials contamination. Based on the results, long-term groundwater monitoring and local remediation measures were recommended to be implemented as part of the site’s planned redevelopment.
We conducted environmental surveys to meet the legislative requirements and conditions of environmental integrated permits in connection with the termination of operations at the TRW facility in Horní Počernice (steering wheel production) and the Ingersoll Rand plant in Kolín (HVAC and refrigeration units). These surveys involved a comprehensive assessment of soil, soil gas and groundwater contamination to determine the site closure conditions.
