ENACON supports mainly distributors, importers, and manufacturers of chemical substances and mixtures in understanding European chemical legislation. Typical services include preparation and translation of Safety Data Sheets, classification of hazardous properties, and development of appropriate labeling for chemical substances and mixtures. For downstream users, we provide guidance on how to set up internal processes to ensure compliance with current chemical legislation. We have prepared or translated Safety Data Sheets for clients such as Amtest–TM (supplier of precision measuring instruments), Groupe SEB CZ (home appliance supplier), and Agrinova Consulting (supplier of fertilizers and plant protection products).
In a long-term project, we conducted a comprehensive risk assessment in the production and logistics areas of a high-voltage cable manufacturer. The process was based on job task analysis and assessment of the technical and safety condition of production equipment. The evaluation also considered employee behavior and adherence to established procedures. The outcome was a set of technical and organizational measures designed to eliminate or reduce significant identified risks.
In logistics and distribution centers in the Czech Republic, owned by a major American e-commerce company, we carried out comprehensive job categorization in accordance with applicable legislation. The work included measurements of noise and airborne chemical substances, assessment of working postures, overall physical strain, and upper limb stress. The resulting categorization report was submitted to the relevant Public Health Authority.
