The process was based on job task analysis and assessment of the technical and safety condition of production equipment. The evaluation also considered employee behavior and adherence to established procedures. The outcome was a set of technical and organizational measures designed to eliminate or reduce significant identified risks.
In logistics and distribution centers in the Czech Republic, owned by a major American e-commerce company, we carried out comprehensive job categorization in accordance with applicable legislation. The work included measurements of noise and airborne chemical substances, assessment of working postures, overall physical strain, and upper limb stress. The resulting categorization report was submitted to the relevant Public Health Authority.
