For the development company ICKM Real Estate s.r.o., and in collaboration with the international consulting firm ENSR, we carried out a soil and subsurface contamination survey and a risk analysis at the former Tesla plant in Vršovice, Prague. As residential housing was planned on the site, the risk assessment led to the recommendation of soil remediation.
