SIS Database
Main features of the SIS Database solution can be summarized as follows:
-
Continuously updated database of legislative regulations and arising obligations
-
Multi-level database structure for better clarity
-
Online access for multiple users
-
Notification of an upcoming obligation via e-mail
-
Individual setting of responsible persons and deadlines
-
Record of the status of compliance and any measures taken
-
The possibility of expanding the database by other specific requirements
The register of legal requirements will be processed using a database accessible online via a web browser, where the user logs in under his account.
The database is structured thematically and contains an overview of applicable regulations and relevant obligations. An overview of the topics (areas) listed in the database can be sent on request. The record of each obligation contains its wording and a legal citation. Each obligation can be assigned with the applicability, (e.g. activity, equipment), responsible person and planned deadlines. The database allows the users to enter dates of the actions, the status of compliance or corrective measures. It is also possible to set an automatic notification for the approaching deadlines of the obligations via e-mail.
The database is updated with regard to new, amended or canceled regulations once a month. Changes are color marked in the database.
Upon request, we will provide access to try working with the application. Previews of the database register of requirements and obligations are available here
