In the area of environment protection, we offer to our clients full scope of environmental audits that include in particular environmental Due Diligence Audits, Phase I Assessments, Compliance Audits with respect to regulations and other requirements (e.g. corporate standards).

ENACON helps its clients to resolve issues related to contaminated land, associated risks and potentially required corrective actions. The scope or provided services include Soil and Groundwater Investigation, Risk Assessment, design and executions of remedial measures, and last but not least support in dealing with regulators.

As a new service, ENACON offers to industrial plants a risk assessmentof an environmental damage pursuant to the Environmental Liability Act 167/2008. In accordance with this act and associated government decree, companies are required to perform the risk assessment and to ensure financial coverage for potential environment damage by the end of 2012

ENACON is involved in several research projects focusing on evaluation of subsurface impact and new remedial techniques.
