Compliance support in health and safety to biopharmaceutical company Gilead

ENACON supports the company Gilead Sciences to maintain compliance with respect to health & safety legal requirements. The Czech branch of the multinational biopharmaceutical company Gilead is engaged in the distribution of medicaments in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. ENACON prepares and maintains for Gilead required health and safety documentation, including H&S manual, risk assessment, training plans and an ergonomic program. Additionally, ENACON delivers or organizes required H&S training, ensure inspections of technical equipment and provides as needed consultations.

ADR training for GE Health Care

For the company GE Medical Systems involved in distribution and service of medical devices, ENACON delivers regular training of personnel involved in dangerous goods shipment in terms of ADR.

Presentation of regulatory news at TRW Automotive HSE meetings

Since 2004, ENACON’s consultants have been invited to regular meetings of EHS coordinators of Czech and Slovak TRW plants to inform the participants about new environmental and health & safety regulations and regulatory requirements and relevant current issues. For several TRW plants, ENACON maintains registers of legal requirements.

REACH and CLP

ENACON helps namely to distributors, importers and producers of chemical substances and mixtures to understand applicable EU regulations and requirements. Our support includes among others preparation or translation of safety data sheets, classification of hazardous properties and suggestion for appropriate labeling of chemical substances and mixtures. We advise downstream users, in sense of the REACH regulation, how to set up chemicals handling processes to comply with actual legislation. We prepared safety data sheets for e.g. company Amtest – TM (supply of test and measurement equipment), Groupe SEB ČR (supplier of small household appliances) or Agrinova Consulting (supplier of fertilizers and plant protection products).
